ONS, as a leading energy conference and exhibition, wants to engage and develop the leaders of tomorrow, launching our brand new ONS Young Leaders Talent Programme. This initiative aims to nurture young professionals and equip them with the tools they need to make a significant impact in the energy industry. Invaluable experience

Leif Johan Sevland, CEO of ONS, shares his passion for the programme and encourages aspiring leaders to apply: “We believe that the energy industry needs young, talented individuals who are passionate about shaping its future. The ONS Young Leaders Talent Programme offers an exceptional opportunity to gain invaluable experiences, network with industry experts, and make a real difference. The ONS Young Leaders Talent Programme will consist of 5 gatherings, spanning from August 2023 to November 2024. To ensure a successful experience, each participant will have an individual introduction talk with our collaborative partner, Bjørnson Organisasjonspsykologene. This meeting will establish expectations for participating in the Talent Programme.

To be eligible for the ONS Young Leaders Talent Programme, applicants must:
• Be based in Norway.
• Have good English skills.
• Be under the age of 35 and over the age of 20.
• Be committed to the Talent Programme.
• Currently work in an energy-related profession.

Cost: 35.000 NOK*

Other requirements include submitting a strong “Letter of motivation” justifying why the applicant should be a part of ONS Young Leaders and a short video where the applicant provides a brief introduction about themselves and expresses their goals and aspirations.
Please note that participants are responsible for covering their travel expenses and any additional costs associated with the programme.
