Plan your presence at ONS

So you have booked your stand at ONS - good! Now, you have to plan
your presence and make the most of your stand at the exhibition before,
during and after ONS.

Set clear goals - find your

Design and layout

  • Incorporate your branding.

  • Think about where your products should be displayed and demonstrated.

  • Consider hiring a professional team to design your stand.

  • Make sure you have an interactive element in your stand where you can collect data and insight for further use after ONS is over.

How can you bring your colleagues to ONS?

  • All exhibitors are offered a limited amount of free exhibition tickets by ONS. Your company's stand contact will be able to register these tickets through The Exhibitor Portal.

Plan your networking strategy

ONS is a world-class energy meeting place, which is why you should have a crystal clear idea and plan of what to do and who to see while you are here. Make the most out of the four days and position yourself in the best way for the exhibition.

  • Identify your audience

  • Plan meetings with customers - book a meeting room, design a meeting area your stand or use the designated social zones in all the halls.

  • Invite your connections to your stand - create an event in their calendars in advance.

  • Check who else is coming to ONS and make sure they stop by your stand.

  • Prepare business cards, pamphlets, flyers, give-aways - make sure people remember you when they leave your stand.

  • Use the ONS programme to network. Find sessions and arenas relevant to your business and meet peers, customers and potential customers there.
