The Energy League is a corporate esports tournament starting spring 2024, with the semifinals and finals being hosted physically at this year’s ONS as a part of the ONS+ programme.
The corporate esports trend improves modern work life. Haven observes a rising number of companies forming internal esports groups and teams. Some develop corporate gaming strategies to achieve specific goals. Several of the norwegian energy companies have established teams.

Timeline:

  • Online preliminary rounds on 20 May
  • 26-29 August: Semifinals & finals at the ONS+ area downtown Stavanger.

Haven will host the finals on their stand in the city centre, showcasing the wonderful future of corporate esports with local, national and international corporate esports teams.

The results, and winners, will be communicated through the official ONS channels.

The league will be suitable for companies and teams of all sizes and experience within esports. The bar is very low for entrance, and we encourage every company in the ONS network to look for people in their ranks who would want their company to be represented in the league.

With commentators, trophies and exciting showcasing of the talent present in the energy industry, the Energy League will be the start of an annual corporate esports league for energy related companies, says Ruben Eggebø, Haven CEO.
