HSE Information ONS 2026

At ONS, we take HSE very seriously. Here is some useful and important information to help keep you safe during your visit.

Security, medical staff and police

Throughout ONS, security personnel, medical personnel and police are present in the halls and outdoor areas. Feel free to approach them directly to report something, ask a question or request assistance.

Badge and access control

The venue is fully enclosed. Everyone is encouraged to wear their badge so that it is clearly visible at all times while within the ONS area.

Need assistance?

Contact a security guard in the hall or call ONS OPS, available 24/7, on +47 453 12 555. Security personnel will arrive and handle the situation.

In case of an emergency

Call the Norwegian emergency services:

112 - Police
113 - Ambulance
110 - Fire

First aid kits and defibrillators

There are HSE stations with first aid kits in every hall, as well as automated external defibrillators (AEDs). Security personnel know where these are located.

In a medical emergency, call 113.

Water

In case of high temperatures, water stations will be set up throughout the venue.

General rules

Please note:

  • ONS has a minimum age requirement of 16 years. The only exception is for small children who are carried at all times. Prams/pushchairs are not permitted.
