“The global energy industry faces metamorphic changes: geo-political, environmental, financial, technological and cultural. Business leaders have to embrace change, adapt to new realities, harness uncertainty and make their enterprises super-flexible,” Dr. Bahrami says.
Dr. Homa Bahrami is a senior lecturer and faculty director at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. She is also an advisor and author, specialising in organisational design and executive development for global, knowledge-based enterprises.
An optimal forum for discussing the future of the industry
At ONS she will address the conference during the afternoon session on 25 August called ‘We must work smarter – the need for cultural change’ and will also speak at ONS Centre Court on 26 August.
“ONS is the natural setting for bringing together key industry players and global thought leaders. Norway’s reputation for sustainability and fairness, coupled with the country’s technological capabilities and its culture of innovation, make ONS the optimal forum for discussing the future of the industry,” Dr. Bahrami adds.
