Ms Toril Bosoni is a senior analyst at the Paris-based International Energy Agency, who has tracked international oil market developments for the agency’s flagship Oil Market Report and Medium Term Oil Market Report for two decades. Her expertise extends to the up- and downstream sectors and focuses on analysis of non-OPEC supply trends, modelling field declines, charting the impact of investment on supply and forecasting refinery throughput and crude flows. She is a regular contributor to the IEA’s World Energy Outlook and World Energy Investments and plays a lead role in the agency’s essential work on energy security. Ms Bosoni obtained her BA in International Economics & Business Administration at the American University of Paris (AUP), and has undertaken extensive training in econometrics and energy economics. Toril is originally from Stavanger, Norway.
