Ann-Christin Andersen started her career as an engineer with Shell Norway. She has worked for offshore suppliers in engineering and management positions both onshore and offshore. Since 2000 Ann-Christin has been a senior maanfger in FMC Technologies and in 2017 she was in charge of integrating Technip and FMC Technologies in Norway as Managing Director and Vice-President of Subsea Projects. She is now the Chief Digital Officer, responsible to drive the digital transformation for TechnipFMC Worldwide. Ann-Christin has held several external board positions and is currently on the board of Veidekke ASA and Glitre Energi. She has been in boards of several organizations and expert committees, and now chairs the board of Norsk Industri Olje & Gass. Ann-Christin has a bachelor degree in offshore engineering from Heriot Watt University, UK and completed her Executive MBA with Honors at IMD University in Lausanne, Switzerland in 2013.
