Wants to make science more pink

Sunniva Rose is a living example of how a person can excel in two completely different areas. She is both a girly blogger and a nuclear physicist. At ONS Young, she will share how she combines these two activities and how she is planning to make science more pink.

With her bags full of lipsticks and a wardrobe packed with girly dresses, it might be hard for some of us to understand that Rose’s main passion is science. She was initially a dancing teacher but decided to study physics instead.

Today, Rose works as a nuclear physicist at the University of Oslo, but also writes a popular blog about nuclear physics and research – as well as her daily life in Oslo.

Rose will speak at Future Students’ Days on 27 & 28 August.
