Jeremy has c.25 years' experience in the Oil and Gas industry and Investment Banking and is Head of Energy, EMEA for BMO Capital Markets‎. BMO are currently acting for Point Resources on the potential disposal of an interest in the Balder Ringhorne Area and Equinor on the potential disposal of their interest in the Alba field in the U.K. Select other recent transactions include advising Kosmos Energy on their US$2.5 billion listing on the London Stock Exchange, ‎acting as Financial Advisor to Lundin Petroleum on the creation and spin-out of International Petroleum Corp. for c. US$430 million, and acting as Financial Advisor and Mandated Lead Arranger to Chrysaor on the acquisition of select assets from Royal Dutch Shell for US$3.0 to US$3.8 billion. Jeremy has strong, established executive and board level relationships across the global oil and gas industry and extensive M&A experience, having executed numerous buy-side, sell-side, public and private transactions for Majors, national oil companies, utilities and others. Jeremy also has an in-depth understanding of equity and debt Capital Markets having advised and acted for a wide variety of companies around their capital needs.
