Schlumberger’s Catherine MacGregor to speak at ONS 2016
Catherine MacGregor is President of Schlumberger for Europe and Africa. She will participate in a conference session at ONS 2016 addressing global energy projects and activities in main oil and gas regions.
MacGregor will speak about Schlumberger’s effort to transform its work processes, business models and technologies to reduce cost of development and production on global oil and gas projects.
“Catherine MacGregor has extensive experience and broad knowledge from her 20 years in Schlumberger, and we are happy she has agreed to speak at ONS 2016,” says, Ingvild Meland, Programme Director at ONS.
Varied track record
MacGregor has worked in field operations in Congo, Scotland and the United States. After a period in Engineering in France and Operations Managment in Asia, she moved into Human Resources and became Vice President of Personnel.
Later she was appointed President of Schlumberger Wireline, and in July 2013 she took up her current role as President of Schlumberger for Europe and Africa.
