Creating future energy opportunities
Having spent almost 14 years in the US, Anne will locate to Stavanger. She comes to the ONS Foundation with extensive experience from the oil and energy industry, as well as facilitating collaboration between US and Norwegian partners. With a proven ability to manage establishment of new relationships, and developing strategies for strengthening collaboration between organisations, Anne is ideal for the role.
On coming into ONS, Anne remarked

Prior to joining ONS, Anne Ekern held the position of Senior Advisor at The Royal Norwegian Consulate General in Houston. In her new role Anne will build on the success of ONS as the leading energy meeting place. She will be responsible for developing an ONS partnership strategy and execute the strategy to in line with increase and strengthen ONS activities.

Founded in 1974, ONS has developed into a global energy meeting place connecting international suppliers, operating companies and decision makers. ONS takes place every second year in Stavanger, Norway. The next event is 27 – 30 August 2018.
